Job Description:
Carolina Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Worker to join our team in Whiteville, NC. This role involves a variety of tasks including general repairs, yard work, and cleaning duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance work and be ready to contribute to maintaining our facilities at the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and minor carpentry work.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility, including indoor and outdoor areas.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
Perform yard work, such as mowing, trimming, and landscaping.
Assist with other duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
Requirements:
Proven experience in maintenance work or a related field.
Ability to perform a wide range of manual tasks and use various tools and equipment.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must pass a drug test.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
