Workers Compensation Attorney

Job Overview Base pay range: $135,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Responsibilities A background in Workers' Compensation defense is highly desired Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook Be a member of the California State Bar in good standing Strong organizational skills with the ability to identify urgency and prioritize tasks accordingly Able to communicate clearly and persuasively both in writing and through speech Able to independently and proactively handle files from referral to resolution Able to work using case management software Qualifications Background in Workers' Compensation defense Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook California State Bar membership in good standing Strong organizational and prioritization skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to independently manage cases from referral to resolution Experience with case management software Benefits All employees receive full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) retirement.
