The successful candidate will develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the region to achieve the company's energy storage business growth targets in the region. Responsibilities include: Deeply understand relevant laws and policies of the energy storage industry in the local market, the power grid policies in the local country and region, market trends, competitive situation, etc., lead the development of regional energy storage product sales strategy, regularly report sales progress and market analysis reports to the company, to ensure that products and solutions comply with local laws and standards. Establish and maintain all kinds of energy, power, grid and other related customers, expand market channels; responsible for brand promotion and exhibition activities to enhance the visibility of the company's brand in the region. Responsible for regional energy storage power station project information collection, key project screening, reserve and follow-up, identify project feasibility. Understand customer needs, master, understand and identify key project information, cooperate with solutions, products, delivery and other output project solutions, and reach cooperation agreements with customers. Coordinate the resources of all parties to ensure that the project is delivered on time, quality and quantity, and the payment is collected on time. Lead and manage regional marketing team, motivate team members to achieve personal and team goals. Develop and manage marketing budget to ensure proper allocation and effective use of resources. Job requirements Bachelor of degree or above, major is not limited. Work experience: More than 5 years working experience in energy storage industry, with experience in supporting the whole process of landing energy storage projects; familiar with new energy or energy storage industry, such as power grid, new energy, energy storage and other related industry customer resources, large storage project experience. Expertise: Understand the current situation, trends and scale of the energy storage market, and understand industry policies and standards; understand the basic principle, application and development of energy storage technology; have a background in power systems and energy storage technology, be able to understand and explain technical and business solutions to customers. Ability requirements: Familiar with the development and management of key accounts, familiar with the operation of large project sales and bidding, with certain experience in project management; careful and rigorous work, with strong self‑learning ability and multi‑task collaborative processing ability; good communication skills, excellent demand understanding, logical analysis and market analysis ability, insight ability and business goal sense; self‑driven, strong pressure resistance, toughness. Proficient in Office software, have certain ability of data analysis and processing. Language requirements: Fluent in English, able to conduct technical and business negotiations. Chinese language excellence is preferred.
