In this customer-facing role, you’ll transform complex business requirements into scalable technical designs, ensuring seamless implementation in collaboration with customers and internal teams. You’ll provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and leverage your expertise in cloud technologies, financial compliance, and modern architectures to deliver secure, high-performing solutions. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive customer success while shaping the future of Zone & Co’s product infrastructure.What You’ll DoAs a Solution Architect at Zone & Co, you’ll be the bridge between customer needs and innovative solutions. In this role, you will:Design and deliver scalable solutions on ZoneBilling and related products, ensuring security, performance, and alignment with customer goals.Lead customer workshops and demos to define requirements, showcase capabilities, and build trusted partnerships.Translate business needs into technical designs, guiding teams through implementation, configuration, and best practices.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Sales to refine features, drive adoption, and support presales opportunities.Oversee integrations and compliance, ensuring solutions align with standards, financial regulations (ASC 606, IFRS 15), and Zone & Co best practices.Drive continuous improvement, optimizing performance post-deployment and evolving processes based on feedback.Provide hands-on support, from documentation and UAT to onboarding and training, ensuring customers achieve success with Zone & Co solutions.Essential FunctionsAs a Solution Architect at Zone & Co, you’ll shape impactful customer solutions from design through delivery. In this role, you will:Develop expertise in ZoneBilling and our full product suite.Partner directly with customers to understand needs and design scalable, secure solutions.Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Professional Services to align requirements.Create and present proof-of-concept demos that showcase solution capabilities.Lead technical guidance, training, and enablement to ensure successful adoption.Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, clear communication, and proactive risk managementWhat you Will BringBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferredProven experience as a Solution Architect in a SaaS organization, ideally within fintechExpertise in cloud computing platforms AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architectureFamiliarity with financial regulations and compliance standards in the fintech sectorAdvanced proficiency in SQL, SuiteScript, and complex ERP implementations, especially NetSuiteStrong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, advanced revenue management ARM, and ASC 606/IFRS 15Proficiency in RESTful APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and saved search functionalityAdvanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and familiarity with projectmanagement tools (e.g., JIRA)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing andcross-functional collaborationStrong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a focus on problem-solvingAbility to simplify complex technical issues into accessible, customer-centeredsolutionsNetSuite Certifications (Financial User, Administrator, ERPExperience in consulting and project management, with a history of managing customer communications and timelinesBenefitsAt Zone, our benefits are designed to enrich your life beyond the workplace.
