Collaborate with an interdisciplinary Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) to provide comprehensive, coordinated, continuous care to a very manageable sized adult Veteran patient panel. Primary Care services feature preventive and patient-centered care approaches and offer a wide variety of specialty care services that include Women’s Clinic, Laboratory & Vaccinations, Wound Care, Mental Health Care, Nutrition & Weight Management, Pain Psychology, Social Work, Substance Abuse & Tobacco Cessation, and Telehealth Services. Mon-Fri only; no on-call. Leadership experience in an ambulatory care or outpatient care setting is required. Board certification in IM/FM preferred.

Assistance with payment of relocation expenses is available Sign on bonus available
Assistance with payment of med school loans up to $200K may be available.

$260000.0 / Annually - $260000.0 / Annually
