Title: Remarketing Analyst

Location: Lewisville, TX (2-days remote/3-days onsite Hybrid Schedule)

The Remarketing Coordinator will support the Vehicle Remarketing function within our organization, processing the sale of auction vehicles in compliance with internal Auction Sale Agreements and Comprehensive Auction Agreements. Work requires strong independent judgment and decision-making initiative; the Remarketing Coordinator will customarily and regularly exercise discretionary authority, which may include supervisory responsibilities.

Major Position Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitoring inspection guidelines, ensuring they are being followed by various 3rd Party Inspection Vendors, 30% of the time
Reviewing 3rd Party Inspection Vendor monthly invoices for accuracy and providing recommendations for payment outside established agreements, 30% of the time
Generating and analyzing performance metrics for 3rd Party Inspection Companies, 20% of the time
Managing 3rd party Inspection Vendor relationships to maximize accurate/timely Inspection, 20% of the time

Position Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a Remarketing or auto environment, such as auto finance, auto title management, inventory coordination, or auto sales/resales
Strong knowledge of general PC/internet usage/applications, including MS Office
General knowledge of accounting principles
Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present to large groups and executives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
An understanding of inspection processes preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Business-related field or equivalent professional training preferred
