We are seeking a *Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to work per diem to fill in any shift*. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to maintain a great work/life balance.

*### Compensation*

* \*\*Hourly Wage Range\*\*: $19.50 to $22.72 per hour, depending on years of experience.
* \*\*Shift Differential\*\*: Additional pay on top of the hourly rate:
* Weekday 2nd and 3rd shift: +$2.00
* Weekend 2nd shift: +$3.00
* Weekend 3rd shift: +$3.50

*### Per Diem Requirements*

* \*\*Minimum Shifts\*\*: Work a minimum of 4 shifts a month, with at least 2 shifts on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).

*### Job Responsibilities*

* \*\*Report Participation\*\*: Participate in and receive report from the licensed nurse at the beginning and end of assigned shifts.
* \*\*Care Plan Awareness\*\*: Maintain awareness of care plans daily to ensure the provision of appropriate care.
* \*\*Resident Observation\*\*: Frequently observe residents during assigned shifts to ensure all personal care needs are being met.
* \*\*Confidentiality\*\*: Maintain confidentiality of all resident-related care information to ensure HIPAA compliance.
* \*\*Resident Interaction\*\*: Treat residents with kindness and dignity while respecting their rights and privacy at all times.
* \*\*Encouragement and Support\*\*: Encourage residents to develop and maintain independence and the highest level of functioning in all activities of daily living.

Requirements:

· Must be at least 17 and a half · Must have High school graduate or GED

* Must be licensed with the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing
