Summary of This Role

Security Engineer with Tenable Nessus Security Center knowledge.

Our direct client is undertaking an uplift of our Federal environment to more stringent controls, and implementing STIGs assessment criteria to Tenable's existing audit file capability. The STIGs audit files will need tuning in concert with the service teams as well as our corporate SOS teams (the Security Engineering team will facilitate much of this) and our compliance team to ensure that JAB parameters are properly integrated into the assessment criteria. The individual needs a comprehensive understanding of Tenable Nessus Security Center, usage to assess the benchmark compliance of various system, appliance, applications, databases, and middlewares against CIS, STIGs, and other security assessment criteria.
