* Sociable and friendly to staff and guests.

* Must have open availability to work on different shifts, weekends, and holidays.

**Requirements:**

* Minimum of 1-2 years experience cooking

* Ability to read prep/order lists and recipes in English

* Keep assigned area clean and walk-ins, reach-ins clutter-free with restaurant issued cleaning supplies

* Must be meticulously clean and aware of all food safety standards

* (Must have CA Food Handler's License, Miami-FHC) NYC FPC is a plus

* A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team

* A desire to patiently train and develop those around you

* Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

* Continuous use of hands and arms. Continuous bending, reaching and twisting

* Maintains professional personal image and uniform standards

* Ability to withstand changes in temperature, occasional smoke, steam and heat and work in a confined area.
