Walk-In Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to become an integral part of our team, which includes chiropractors, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals. *Responsibilities*:
* Conduct initial patient assessments and progress reports to determine physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Implement physical therapy techniques, exercises, and modalities to enhance patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall physical function.
* Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, while providing ongoing support and education to patients and their families.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the practice to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Contribute to the overall growth and development of the practice through participation in team meetings, professional development, and community outreach initiatives.
*Requirements*:
* Valid and current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist*. * Strong knowledge and proficiency in evidence-based physical therapy techniques, modalities, and treatment plans.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and a diverse healthcare team.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate patient documentation and records management.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
