We are seeking a talented and experienced Remote UX Design Lead to join our dynamic team and lead innovative user experience initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the UX design team in developing user-centered designs that align with client objectives and enhance user satisfaction. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to represent and test design concepts. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Mentor and guide junior designers to foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in UX design. Advocate for user needs and the highest design standards throughout the product development process. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of professional experience in UX design, with a solid portfolio showcasing previous projects and design processes. Proven experience leading design teams remotely and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and best practices. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and concepts clearly. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
