Plans for, administers, and directs the Provider Education Specialists for our clients.Essential Functions and TasksDirects, leads, and manages Physician Education Department operations; recruits, selects, orients, trains, coaches, counsels, and disciplines staff.Supports Client Services and Coding Departments for focused areas of documentation needs.Presents any documentation related updates to Executive Team and Client needs.Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.Education and Experience RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent required.
