Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant processes.
- Supervision and mentoring of technicians and operators, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Maintenance of product quality and consistency through monitoring of aseptic filling processes.
- Collaboration with Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role within aseptic manufacturing or sterile operations.
