As a targeting analyst, you use your specialized experience and attention to detail to give your client the actionable information and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem‑solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to protect our national security. As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape. You’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources. You’ll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you advance client objectives. You Have: Experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC) Experience working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience reading and analyzing all‑source intelligence information Knowledge of IC tools and databases Ability to research, analyze, and fuse information from complex and disparate datasets TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in intelligence targeting or analysis, or 3+ years of experience in intelligence targeting or analysis in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have: Experience multitasking and balancing competing requirements Ability to solve complex problems with both traditional and out‑of‑the‑box solutions Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
