Description

As the bartender's extra set of hands, your job as bar-back is to support anything and everything behind the bar. You'll be responsible for maintaining stock, assisting during service and providing go-to support for all your bartenders' needs. There's potential opportunity for growth as many bartenders start as bar-backs.

Responsibilities

•Maintain a well-organized and clean bar area at all times.
•Prepare garnishes, infusions, and special syrups with precision & consistency.
•Provide engaging service whenever interacting with guests.
•Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
•Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Qualifications

•Proven experience as a bar back in upscale or high-end establishments.
•Basic knowledge of spirits, wines, and beer.
•Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
•A passion for delivering top-tier guest service.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment.
•A friendly and engaging personality.
•Arizona Title 4 Liquor Certification required
