The ideal candidate will have expertise in painting and waterproofing, with the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality results. Our Painters work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and the Director of Operations to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.Who we are: Rayco Exteriors has been a trusted leader in the construction industry for over 10 years, delivering exceptional services to more than 3,500 homes, commercial buildings, and HOA communities. With a B General Contractor's License and a C-33 Painting and Decorating License, Rayco is renowned for its commitment to quality, safety, and integrity. Our team undergoes extensive training, including lead safety and weekly OSHA sessions, ensuring that we provide top-tier workmanship and services. We take pride in using the best products and always strive to exceed expectations.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Be on-site and ready to work by 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM; occasional overtime may be required depending on job demands.Perform repairs in an efficient, cost-effective manner while maintaining the highest quality of work.Document repairs through photos and provide status updates to supervisors.Bring your own tools and transportation to job sites.Monitor job site safety, security, and cleanliness on a daily basis.Report any issues outside the scope of work, such as damages or necessary change orders, to the Superintendent/Project Manager.Communicate any delays, accidents, emergencies, or requests from clients to the Superintendent/Project Manager.The ideal candidate should possess:2+ years of hands-on painting and/or waterproofing experience, preferably in multi-family dwelling improvements.
