Restaurant Team Member Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments with a smile
  • Prepare and serve our delicious chicken dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure that all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an attractive manner to satisfy our customers
  • Keep the restaurant clean and organized, including equipment and work surfaces, to ensure a pleasant dining experience
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a healthy environment
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient service
Restaurant Team Member Requirements:
  • No prior experience is necessary, just a willingness to learn and grow with us
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from others to ensure a smooth operation
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
