At The Gents Place, you’ll help successful men elevate their image while selling premium memberships and world‑class products.This is not a receptionist job—you won’t answer phones. Our call center handles calls so you can focus entirely on sales, service, and relationships. You’ll present memberships ($525–$8,000/yr) and luxury retail including Creed fragrances ($500+) and fine men’s grooming goods.What You’ll DoGreet members and guests with confidence and warmthPresent and close membership and retail salesRecommend grooming, skincare, and fragrance productsPartner with barbers to deliver a seamless luxury experienceWho You Are1+ year of professional sales success (real estate, automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, or software)Comfortable engaging affluent clients and closing salesPolished, professional, dependable, and goal‑orientedTeam‑focused and available to work Saturdays (closed Sundays)Pay & Benefits$18+/hr base plus $1K–$2K avg. monthly commissionsHealth insurance reimbursement401(k) with matchPaid time off (vacation, community service, and mental health days)Tuition assistance and paid trainingParental, dental, vision, and disability coverageLong‑term team members (5+ yrs) earn 100% paid health insurance, 17 days paid vacation, and enhanced 401(k) match.About UsThe Gents Place is a national leader in luxury men’s grooming and business networking, celebrating 17+ years of success and service.
