This role ensures strong process methodology, documentation quality, stakeholder alignment, and functional analysis for data-driven and geospatial initiatives. The assignment requires experience in complex environments, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and concrete project scenarios. Requirements Responsibilities Process & Requirement Analysis Analyse and map business needs, capturing them into functional requirements, process flows, and solution designs. Lead process methodologies, BPM approaches, analysis documentation, and archiving of process deliverables. Facilitate workshops, user story refinement, backlog structuring, and acceptance criteria definition. Prepare use cases, user stories, BPMN/UML diagrams, and data models. Stakeholder Collaboration Actively participate in internal and external workgroups. Maintain continuous communication with business stakeholders. Present findings, solution scenarios, risks, cost-benefit analyses, and recommendations. Bridge communication between business, data teams, and project management. Project & Quality Contribution Support project delivery with structured analysis, documentation, and process optimisation. Ensure functional documentation is clear, complete, and aligned with stakeholder expectations. Ensure work is high-quality even under increased pressure or tight timelines. Contribute to a consistent, cross-border data governance and interoperability strategy. Required Skills & Expertise Must Have Minimum 5 years as Business Analyst or Functional Analyst. Strong experience in ICT-oriented business operations and complex work environments. Minimum 5 years of GIS/GEO/data-sharing process experience. Expertise in at least 2 of the following: BPMN, UML, user stories, data modelling. Proven experience in BPM process optimisation. Should Have Minimum 3 years experience working for a government institution. Experience in PM domains: cost, planning, coordination, estimation. Working proficiency in English and French. Nice to Have Exposure to European cross-border projects. Understanding of DNSH (Do No Significant Harm) principles. Experience in large-scale data governance or open data ecosystems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
