Registered Nurse - Oncology Novant Health seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to lead the healthcare team in delivering exceptional patient care.

As a leader, you will establish a personalized relationship with patients and their support system, collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care.

You will utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey, accepting responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional patient care and experience

Collaborate with physicians and other team members to develop individualized care plans

Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to support patients

Accept responsibility and accountability for care management and provision

Foster a safe patient environment driven by the principles of "First Do No Harm"

Requirements:

4-year Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, required

Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated leadership, training, and process improvement experience

Current RN licensure in the appropriate state, required

Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) within 30 months of employment, required
