Journeyman Plumber

Mitch the Plumber is a family owned and operated plumbing company that has been serving the Ann Arbor area since 1979.

Mitch the Plumber is looking for an experienced Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of plumbing systems, the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of plumbing issues from minor residential leaks to larger commercial work, and experience with water heaters and related plumbing.

Responsibilities would include:

* Repair or replace broken pipes, water heaters and other plumbing.
* Install new plumbing fixtures such as faucets, sinks, toilets, showers/tubs, sump pumps, water heaters, etc.
* Diagnosing and repairing mystery leaks

The Ideal Candidate would possess:

* Apprentice Plumbing License (Required)
* Journeyman’s Plumbing License (Preferred)
* Must have a valid driver’s license
* Must show confidence and skill with sales and customer service.
* Must be professional and punctual.
* Must have strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
* Must have excellent verbal and interpersonal skills as well as an enthusiastic work ethic and be a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
