THE ROLE
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be encouraged to take responsibility of the stockroom and support the processing and maintenance of product and backroom efficiencies. You will assist the management team in making commercial and entrepreneurial decisions that will result in success.
You will support the management team in all aspects of the store ensuring it showcases the brand in the best possible way.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Ensuring tasks are actioned on time, inventory levels maintained, stock intake is processed and organized, replenishment is occurring regularly and that your digital stock orders are processed according to SLAs
- Taking utmost care of the product with careful handling, ensuring tags and sensors are placed on the product and organizing with care
- Communication with the team and management is key to ensuring efficiency and that both the front and back of house are aligned
- Ensuring that our back of house is kept up to standards, organized and clean
- Following all policies and procedures and training others will minimize any stock loss
- In charge of processing all deliveries in and out of the store
- Controlling transfers and recalls of items
- Partnering with the Management team on visual floor sets, ensure that product is replenished and taking the lead with ensuring densities on our floor levels are accurate
- Health and safety is an essential function. Keeping boxes and product organized and clear of entry
Pay Range in, NY
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
Hourly Rate:
$27/hr - $28/hr (plus potential to earn additional from our team commission scheme)
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
- Previous experience in a back of house environment preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills are absolutely essential
- Ability to lift necessary inventory that requires to be moved
- You have the ability to work in a fast paced environment while working to deadlines
- The ability to plan and organize quickly and efficiently
- Flexible and adaptable to a work schedule of evenings, weekends or late nights
- You have a positive and hard working attitude
ABOUT THE LOCATION
Our North America region is made up of 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with our flagship store in New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand’s iconic aesthetic to West Hollywood, CA.
