JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Execute activities for product and component qualifications.

* Prepare samples and execute testing to protocols as directed by Engineers.

* Accurate data compiling and maintenance.

* Assist with preparation of reports and presentations where required.

* Operate lab equipment.

* Identify any problems that may adversely affect test performance or reporting of test results and either correct the problems or immediately notify supervisor.

* Maintain laboratory in a clean and functional state.

* Adhere to department rules and laboratory procedures, as well as company regulations stated in the employee handbook.

* Adheres to department specific safety guidelines.

* Standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, manual manipulation, and lifting to 25 pounds.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School diploma or equivalent.

* Previous mechanical testing lab experience preferred.

* Must have the ability to follow laboratory instructions and safety requirements.

* Ability to demonstrate excellent time management skills and work efficiently.

* Self-starter, results oriented, and able to multi-task.

* Must have basic computer skills.

* Ability to communicate effectively and follow written and verbal instructions.

* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
