Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Manager at E.S. Kluft & Company in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The Plant Manager will oversee plant operations, production planning, and manufacturing operations on a day-to-day basis to ensure efficiency and quality control.


Qualifications

  • Plans and directs production activities and establishes production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors.
  • Coordinates production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.
  • Drive continuous improvement, consulting with engineering personnel if needed, relative to modification of machines and equipment workflow to improve production methods and quality of products.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of production processes and quality control
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Seven to ten years' experience in the mattress manufacturing industry is a must
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
