We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.The OpportunityThe Opportunity: We are currently seeking an Associate Marketing Manager for our Jurassic World Action Figures, Global Brand Team.On the Global Brand Marketing team, we oversee the global brand strategy, developing and managing the toy line, and spearheading marketing plans for regional teams to execute in market. The Associate Marketing Manager will play an important role in setting global brand strategies and managing product development for regional teams to execute in market. Working alongside the Sr. Manager and cross-functional teams, the Associate Marketing Manager will ensure that the brand has exceptional marketing support, creating unique and strategic products and programs within budgets that can be maximized across global retail and ecommerce.What Your Impact Will BeWhat Your Impact Will Be: We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and excitement to work on a licensed business.Ensure all brand marketing projects are supported by business strategy, objectives and insightsAssist in gaining buy-in to global product strategies at all levels, as well as executional commitment from internal partners to activate across key markets and lines of businessWork closely with the Product Design, Packaging and Development teams to bring innovative and compelling toys to market on time and on budget backed by Consumer InsightsCommunicate regularly with regional teams and lines of business to ensure needs are being metActively manage licensor partner relationship through business performance reporting, product line development updates, and other ad-hoc requests to ensure alignmentPrepare for and deliver presentations that convey a strategic message to large audiencesPresent with confidence to drive brand strategy and productsBrief and develop marketing assets by working with internal teams and external agency partnersHelp develop global marketing campaigns for execution at a local levelMonitor key trends, brands and competitors’ performance in all marketsLead global business reporting and analysisAct as point of contact for brand inquiries and dissemination of brand information and assetsTake initiative to clarify ever-changing business needs and challenges, and work appropriately with team and cross-functional partners to find solutionsQualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:5+ years (2 years with MBA) experience in marketing, preferably in product developmentExperience with company/product/marketing that is rooted in consumer trendsThorough understanding of marketing mix and KPIsExperience analyzing data and managing financialsAbility to synthesize data and pull insights to create recommendationsStrong skills presenting in front of large groupsHighly organized, independent and detail oriented with strong follow up skillsStrong time management, planning and project execution skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid collaborative relationshipsPassion for toy and entertainmentThe pay range is indicative of projected hiring range; base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
