We are recruiting for a Senior Product Manager; this is a remote position.DescriptionJob Summary: The Senior Product Manager will execute marketing initiatives for Tymlos and Binosto, focusing on day-to-day marketing activities, including development, implementation, and optimization of campaigns. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing strategies for both products, with a strong emphasis on measurable results. The Senior Product Manager will be aligned to either DTC or HCP, depending on experience.ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution: Manage the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns for Tymlos and Binosto.Sales Enablement: Create tools and materials (e.g., brochures, digital content, presentations) to help healthcare providers understand the benefits of Tymlos and Binosto.Medical and Educational Content: Collaborate with Medical Affairs to develop scientifically accurate, engaging materials for healthcare providers, ensuring both products are well-positioned in the osteoporosis market.Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support for the Sales team to ensure effective communication with healthcare providers.DTC Marketing for Tymlos: Support the development and execution of direct-to-consumer campaigns leveraging digital channels (social media, email, display ads).Content Creation: Work with agencies and internal teams to create engaging consumer-facing content for Tymlos, educating patients and encouraging treatment seeking.Experience and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.4+ years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical or related marketing.Demonstrated ability to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.Experience with specialty products in therapeutic areas like osteoporosis is a plus.Diverse backgrounds in sales, market research, market access, etc. are a plus.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, email marketing, and analytics platforms.Attention to detail and ability to execute campaigns with precision and on tight deadlines.Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with external agencies.Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.Work EnvironmentThe work is performed primarily in a remote office environment with occasional required in-person office work, meetings, and/or travel.
