Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$135,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yrQualificationsBachelor of Science degree in a relevant technical discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science).Advanced degree, particularly a Master of Business Administration (MBA), is preferred.Minimum 2+ years in product development or application engineering for advanced high-purity processing systems or specialized substrate preparation/handling solutions.Minimum 2 years of dedicated experience in Product Management for complex capital equipment.Ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of advanced electronic device manufacturing (e.g., Compound Semiconductors, LED, or Data Storage), especially relating to material deposition environments and complex system integration.Proven history with equipment involving high-vacuum automation, precision motion control, and contamination mitigation.Demonstrated success guiding sophisticated technical products through the full commercialization cycle, converting market needs into detailed technical and software requirements.Experience developing market-driven portfolio strategies, performing competitive analysis, and defining executable long-term product roadmaps.Ability to travel up to 20% internationally and domestically to interface with key customers and global technology partners.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the end-to-end NPI process for complex, high-reliability equipment.Partner with internal engineering, sales, and operations teams to define market problems, validate system requirements, and articulate the unique value proposition.Systematically gather user feedback and synthesize Market Intelligence (MI) to shape future product generations.Define and manage the product portfolio roadmap, aligning it with corporate strategic goals, total addressable market (TAM) analysis, and customer long-term plans.Work closely with engineering and support groups to oversee the full product lifecycle, including establishing maintenance/service strategies, managing feature enhancements, setting competitive pricing, and planning for product sunset/obsolescence (Legacy Planning).Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and successful launch plans.Create customer-facing technical and marketing materials that clearly convey product capabilities and benefits.Ensure the technical depth and competitive advantages of the product line are clearly and accurately conveyed in all communications and messaging.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSemiconductor Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
