Gross week:$1335.2/week

Non taxable Stipend:$730/Week | $18.25/Hour

Taxable pay:$605.2/Week | $15.13/Hour

Blended Hourly:$33.38/hr

Requirements of the (LPN):

● Must have AHA BLS certification

● Must have valid IN, LPN License

● Must have at least 1 years of experience in LPN, LTC

Responsibilities of the (LPN):

● Shift: 8 Hour Days 7:00a-3:30p & 1 8 Hour PMs 3:00p-11:30p

● 40 hours/wk

● 4 week contract, with very good chances of extension.

## Overview
