Zone 2 Rates: Bill: $67.64 Pay: $46.65-45.10 Spread: 406.2-480 MU: 45-50% Duration: 1 Year Zone 3 Rates: Bill: $57.82 Pay: $39.88-38.55 Spread: 347.3-410.6 MU: 45-50% Duration: 1 Year Description: The Enablement Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the foundational systems and processes that support sales readiness and learning are accurate, current, and efficient. This role is responsible for maintaining the infrastructure behind enablement delivery-including content management systems, onboarding operations, and tool administration-to enable ***'s sales teams to operate with clarity and confidence. Working in close partnership with the Enablement Content Manager and cross-functional stakeholders, this individual ensures that all sales-facing content is up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with evolving strategies and product changes. They will lead new hire onboarding coordination, manage enablement tool provisioning and permissions, and track the completion of required trainings for new tools or product rollouts. This role will also explore ways to improve content accessibility and maintenance by identifying opportunities to partner with engineering and AI- focused teams-contributing valuable process insights without owning implementation. Responsibilities • Maintain and govern the sales enablement content management system by identifying outdated materials, coordinating updates, and removing legacy content in collaboration with Enablement Content and Operations teams. • Own governance of Enablement tools, including license provisioning, access management, usage analytics, feedback tracking, and enrollment in learning paths • Monitor and track completion of required training programs (e.g., for product, strategy, or tool launches), working with sales managers and enablement stakeholders to ensure accountability. • Conduct regular audits of user access across enablement-owned platforms, completing deprovisioning and permission updates in partnership with system administrators. • Partner with cross-functional teams-including Revenue Operations, IT, and Sales Systems-to ensure enablement tools are properly configured and supported. • Provide operational insights to engineering and AI teams aimed at improving the discoverability and usability of enablement content through smarter search or tagging systems. • Support documentation of enablement operations processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the enablement tech stack. Requirements • 3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, sales support, or a related GTM function. • Experience managing or administering internal tools such as content management systems, onboarding portals, or learning platforms. • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple systems and timelines. • Strong attention to detail with a bias for action and operational rigor. • Comfortable navigating cross-functional relationships and driving tasks to completion with stakeholders across teams. • Familiarity with SaaS sales motions and tools used in modern go-to-market organizations (e.g., Salesforce, LMS platforms, productivity tools). • Ability to thrive in a Virtual First or hybrid work environment. • Continuous improvement mindset - always thinking "how could this be 1% better" Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience supporting onboarding, training coordination, or internal enablement operations at scale. • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Guru, Seismic) and admin-level tooling. • Understanding of user provisioning and permission management processes. • Exposure to working with technical teams or contributing to process improvement through AI or automation. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Organizational Development, or a related field.
