Apartment Maintenance Technician Location: Fairbanks, AK Pay: $20/hour Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 a.m.5:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m.4:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time TDL Staffing is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician to assist with apartment turnovers and general property maintenance. This role focuses on preparing units for new tenants, maintaining common areas, and supporting a well?kept, safe living environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail?oriented, and takes pride in quality work. Responsibilities Perform apartment turnovers, ensuring units are clean and move?in ready Conduct light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs Patch drywall, paint, and install kitchen and bathroom fixtures Perform light maintenance on appliances and flooring as needed Maintain common areas and assist with general custodial duties Keep accurate records of work orders, inspections, and inventories Support compliance with LIHTC and HUD standards Provide courteous, professional service to residents Minimum Requirements Minimum 2 years of related maintenance experience or equivalent training HVAC Certification preferred but not required Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and appliance repair Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and follow direction Basic math, reading, and computer skills (timekeeping and online ordering) Background screening is a part of the hiring process Support a drug?free work environment Ready to get started?
