Position Details:
• Coverage Dates:
o Urgent Need: December 30-31, 2024
o Ongoing Coverage: January onward
• Shift Type: 24-hour call
• Patient Demographics: Adults only
• Daily Patient Load: 2-5 patients
• EMR: EPIC
• Responsibilities: General urology and procedural care

Requirements:
• License: Must have an active Indiana license to meet December coverage requirements
• Certifications: ACLS
