Store Manager

As a Plaza Tire Store Manager, you will be the face of the company – leading a group of employees and working directly with customers who need tires, routine maintenance and other services. While previous automotive experience is a plus, it is not a requirement. A proven track record in sales and management is necessary. We will train the right person for the position. Compensation: $90,000-$150,000 per year, to include base plus bonus. Handles escalated customer complaints.PeopleSets expectations and communicates regularly with employees on job responsibilities, goals, training, development and overall customer service. Holds management team accountable for job responsibilities, training and goals by coaching or counseling employees toward desired behaviors.
