Job Description

Job Title: Home Health LVN / LPN(Travel)
Location: Everett, WA 98203
Shift Timing: Day Shift, 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Monday - Friday 1 Weekend Shift Per Contract
Job Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Orientation: 40 hours @ $0 non-billable

Travel Pay Package

Stipend Weekly (Non-Taxable) 1330

Weekly (Taxable) 1000

Total Weekly Gross 2330

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Home Health LVN / LPN with 1 year of Skilled Home Health Experience.

The position involves visiting patients at their homes, with a productivity expectation of up to 6 patients per day or 30 productivity points.

Candidates should be comfortable working Monday through Friday, and one weekend shift is required per contract.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide care to homebound patients in a 1:1 setting.
  • Deliver care in compliance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Document patient interactions in EPIC.
  • May visit up to 6 patients per day, depending on the schedule.
  • OASIS experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Provide services within Snohomish County and surrounding areas. Occasional travel of up to 50+ miles may be required.

Education:
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • BCLS certification required

Skills:
  • Skilled in EPIC charting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with home health care procedures
  • OASIS experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to manage time and patient care effectively
