The Intermediate Digital Analyst will be joining a large digital analytics team within the digital marketing division of a major financial institution based in Minneapolis, MN. This resource will support data strategy, analytics support, behavior analysis and omni channel measurement for assigned line of business. They will manage large data sets, providing information-based decision logic and translate modeling/analytic output into understandable/actionable business knowledge, insight and applications. Additionally, daily activities may include producing business strategic results dashboards and creating ad hoc reports for websites, mobile apps, social media, email, and on-line search initiatives. Strong technical/problem solving skills will be necessary in order to excel in this position. As part of a highly collaborative environment, this person may support multiple projects at one time.
Must Haves:
-Minimum 5 years of experience working in highly technical web and/or mobile data analytics
-Minimum 2 years working with a data lake environment
-Strong prior Adobe analytics experience
-Experience with data storytelling and providing actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders
-Excellent business acumen, marketing team experience preferred
-Customer analytics tool experience, such as Qualtrics
