**20.00-25.00 per hour**

**Job Overview:**

+ Candidates will be serving as a Structural Fabricator in a shop setting on structural steel.

+ Candidate will be performing MIG welding on structural steel.

+ As a Structural Fabricator, employees are operating machinery such as shear machines, press, brakes, and overhead cranes.

+ Employees will be splitting time with welding and fabricating.

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Selecting, measuring, cutting, and joining steel metals to specifications.

+ Interpreting specifications and blueprints accurately.

+ Performing machine operation to perform fabrication process.

+ Performing layouts and blueprint reading for projects

+ Testing the strength of each join during and after project completion.

**Qualifications:**

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Any schooling related to Welding or Fabrication is great but not required

+ Over a year of experience in a Welder or Fabricator position.

+ 2 years of experience with Fabrication and MIG Welding

+ Sound understanding of welding safety

+ Willingness to be welding certified through company

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately

+ Ability to read a tape measure accurately

**Environment:**

+ 1st shift

+ 8 hour shifts

+ Welding Gear

+ Steel toe boots, jeans/work pants

+ Manufacturing Facility
