Employer Industry: Benefits Administration Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $110,825 Comprehensive benefits package, including various incentive programs and 401(k) contributions Opportunity for career advancement within the Corporate Compensation department Supportive and collaborative work environment Chance to make a positive impact on employee satisfaction and benefits understanding What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Administer Federal, State, and Company leave programs, acting as a liaison between vendors and employees Serve as the point of contact for escalations related to leave and disability cases Verify the integrity of timekeeping reporting and pay‑related processes for compliance Prepare and validate invoicing for benefits administration Conduct research on benefits plans and changes in healthcare and insurance regulations What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s Degree OR an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree Less than one year of experience in an HR department, obtained through internship or similar role Experience as a benefits assistant or in other benefits‑related roles Basic knowledge of retirement plans, pensions, 401(k)s, IRAs, and Roth IRAs Proficient in Microsoft Office applications How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) from World At Work Ability to learn in‑depth about various health insurance plans (HMOs and PPOs) Strong communication skills to translate technical information to non‑technical audiences We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
