*Responsibilities of a PT/PTA:*
* Evaluate patients with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions to develop comprehensive treatment plans
* Administer and interpret various tests and measurements to assess patient progress
* Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
* Educate patients, families, and caregivers in proper use of assistive devices and self-care techniques
* Document patient progress and treatment details accurately and efficiently
* Design and implement specialized treatment approaches for unique patient needs
* Conduct home assessments (as needed) to ensure safe patient discharge environments
* Maintain compliance with all regulatory guidelines and complete required documentation

*Qualifications for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)*:
* Associate degree from an APTA accredited program
* A current PTA license to practice in the state of FL
* Strong clinical skills in evaluation, treatment planning, and intervention techniques
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

*Qualifications for a Physical Therapist (PT)*:
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MPT) degree
* A current license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of FL
* One year of clinical experience (preferred)
* Strong clinical skills in evaluation, treatment planning, and intervention techniques
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
