Senior Project Manager- Healthcare Construction

Job Title Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Construction Base Pay Range $150,000.00/yr – $170,000.00/yr Location South Florida (Miami‑Dade County, FL) Responsibilities Lead all phases of large‑scale healthcare construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout. Manage and mentor project teams, including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers. Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and change management. Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs). Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, infection control protocols, and quality requirements. Monitor project financials, cost reporting, forecasting, and risk mitigation. Maintain schedule integrity on complex, fast‑paced, and often occupied healthcare environments. Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a general contractor. Proven track record delivering large‑scale healthcare projects such as hospitals, medical centers, surgical facilities, or healthcare campuses. Strong knowledge of healthcare construction requirements, including MEP‑intensive systems and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and client‑facing skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in high‑risk, high‑visibility environments. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
