Benefit Highlights:Compensation:12-month salary guarantee with practice ramp up: $270,000Salary range of established physicians: $270,000 - $380,000/yr $75,000 Loan Repayment AssistanceUp to $30,000 Sign-on bonus/ $15,000 Relocation4 day workweekComprehensive Benefits Package (health, life, vision, dental)PTO, CME, 401K / RothPaid malpractice insurance, licensure, DEAPhysician autonomy with strong admin & group supportLight, shared call (no hospital call) Required Qualifications & Abilities:Highly-engaged MD/DO physicianPreferably 3 or more years of experienceBoard Certification/ Board Eligible and Residency trained in Internal or Family MedicineClinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patientsStrong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnosticsKnowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindicationsIn-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practicesExcellent oral and written communication skillsRespect for patient's confidentialityCompassionate and approachableResponsible and trustworthyAttend work regularly and on time
