Oncology Account Manager – Syneos Health Commercial Solutions Location: Miami, FLSalary: $88,000.00 - $109,000.00 About the Role You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability. In this role, you will be an integral part of a nationwide sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to provide patients with rare diseases with the life‑changing and potentially life‑saving treatment options they deserve. Essential Requirements BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred 5+ years biotech/pharmaceutical and/or biologic/specialty sales experience. Consider 3+ years of high‑science specialty experience with complex products OR strong oncology device, diagnostics or specialty pharmacy oncology experience Oncology or hematology experience is a plus Proven success in product launch with track record of meeting sales targets and goals Expertise in account‑based selling and managing complex sales processes Highly motivated self‑starter with a strong drive to succeed Excellent communication, analytics, and decision‑making skills Ability to analyze data and trends to create actionable business plans Ownership mentality with urgency, initiative, and proactive problem‑solving Persuasive communication methods to facilitate acceptance of ideas or products High performance standards and ability to work independently Responsibilities Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key accounts Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with focus on top target customers Plan and organize activities to reach set call metrics and optimize coverage and frequency to key customers to maximize access and sales opportunities Deliver current and comprehensive clinical brand presentations to physicians and other appropriate healthcare professionals Navigate complex external/customer organizational structures including hospitals, IDNs, GPOs, and healthcare communities while aligning with cross‑functional commercial partners Develop a complete understanding of the healthcare delivery system within each assigned customer, including physician hierarchy, key pharmacy personnel, clinical nursing staff, etc. Develop in‑depth knowledge of each assigned customer account including strategic goals, value drivers, key access stakeholders, relevant business metrics, and unique challenges/emerging needs Develop and deepen strategic partnerships; account interactions to include but not limited to oncology C‑suite executives and key population health decision makers Engage accounts proactively to achieve access in line with established sales goals Interview & COVID Policy Interviews may be conducted in person at an on‑site interview location.
