You will develop high-quality web applications and services using our modern tech stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.What You Can ExpectDesign and develop custom components to meet project requirementsInstall and configure AWS CLI and Sandbox/Local environmentsDevelop quality front-end applications in an Agile environmentAlign with the Tech Lead, Product Owner, and BSAs to transform business needs into scalable applicationsManage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyResearch emerging technologies and develop POCsDeliver intuitive user interfaces using MUI and Google’s Material DesignDevelop personas, scenarios, and user storiesCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-upsEnsure products are tested with customers and validated against business goalsWhat You Will Bring10+ years’ experience in full stack developmentExpert knowledge of Next.js, Node.js, Turbo Repo, and TypeScriptExperience with GraphQL, REST APIs, and microservice architectureProficiency with CSS Modules, Storybook, and Radix UI componentsStrong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentalsExperience with PostgreSQL, Graph Database and/or NoSQL databasesProficient with Docker and AWS environmentsStrong understanding of UI/UX design principlesExpertise in Git version control systemsExperience implementing token-based authenticationAbility to design and implement scalable, high-availability applicationsImplementation of unit, integration, and E2E tests across the application stackExperience with automated testing frameworks such as Cypress, Testcontainers, and unit tests utilizing VitestDesired Qualifications?Experience with Figma, ReactFlow, Redux, Jotai, and Material DesignExperience breaking monoliths into microservicesKnowledge of various authentication mechanismsFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, and JenkinsExperience with SAFe development methodology & DevOpsBachelor’s degree in finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related fieldAI experience in generating code utilizing the Figma Design System using MCPTechnical Requirements?Hands-on development with React/Redux, TypeScript, Node.js, D3Experience with PNPM, HTML5, SASS/CSS3, JSX, ES6, Jest/ViTest, NGiNxUnderstanding of React principles (components, hooks, lifecycle)Experience with AWS cloud servicesAbility to implement security concepts: authentication, authorization, SSLIf you’re a problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about creating.NotePrudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The annual base salary range for this role is from $175,000 to $195,000.
