Job Title: RN Clinical Nurse - Neonatal ICU Nights

Job Specialty: Registered / Licensed Nurse - Inpatient

Shift: Night, 7 PM - 7 AM (3 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule period, 2 major and 2 minor holidays)

License: Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP)

Job Description:

- Serve as a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team ensuring individualized, high-quality, safe patient care.
- Uphold the practice of nursing as outlined by the Professional Nurse Practice Act, adhering to the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards.
- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care considering population-specific characteristics.
- Partner with patients and significant others, ensuring patient goals are the focus of the care plan.
- Coordinate safe, quality patient care and documentation, promoting a respectful and inclusive clinical environment.
