Plaintiff Employment Law Attorney (ideally with class action experience) DRV Staffing is recruiting for a fast‑growing, prestigious plaintiff‑side employment law firm with offices in San Diego and Seattle. The firm specializes in wage‑and‑hour class actions, PAGA matters, and employee‑side litigation, and offers a culture focused on real litigation experience, merit‑based advancement, and a strong work‑life balance. Base Pay $125,000.00/yr – $200,000.00/yr Compensation & Bonus 1st year: $125,000 3rd year: $150,000–$175,000 6th year: $175,000–$200,000 Bonus potential: $50,000–$150,000+, tied to settlements and performance Key Responsibilities Manage 40–50 cases simultaneously, primarily wage‑and‑hour class actions, PAGA matters, and employee‑side litigation. Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, negotiate settlements, and argue in both state and federal courts. Collaborate with partners, senior litigators, and paralegal support to develop case strategy. Serve as a client contact, ensuring polished communication and timely updates. Qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; a 3.4+ GPA preferred for 1st‑years. Strong academic record or demonstrated performance/experience for seasoned attorneys. Experience or proven interest in employment law, especially wage/ hour and class action litigation. Defense experience is welcome; knowledge of opposing tactics is valued. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Benefits & Culture Hybrid schedule: 2 days WFH; standard hours 8:30 am–5:00 pm with minimal after‑hours. Firm closes for Thanksgiving week and provides extra paid time off for December holidays. Mentorship from partners and senior litigators; no billable hour pressure. Use of modern CRM, AI solutions, and streamlined processes. Merit‑based partnership track; no rigid tenure requirements.
