Job Summary:

We are pleased to offer a $500.00 Sign on Bonus for the position of Food Service Worker/Server. We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment. Your attention to detail and ability to anticipate customer needs will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred but not required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of customers. * Exceptional multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately. * Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is an advantage. * Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

Responsibilities:

* Greet and seat customers in a prompt and friendly manner. * Take customer orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff. * Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring prompt and efficient service. * Anticipate and fulfill customer needs, providing recommendations and suggestions as needed. * Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors. * Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables for new customers. * Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. * Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy dining experience. * Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all customers. * Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
