Role Summary Senior consult focusing on managing and delivering client engagements centered on Maximo/MAS consulting services for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) clients. You will mentor, coach, and counsel team members, supporting an inclusive culture and high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities Provide advisory/consulting services to EAM clients, helping them improve business performance. Mentor, coach, and counsel client team members, fostering an inclusive culture and high-performing teams. Maximize operational efficiencies on engagements. Perform functional tasks: requirements development, configuration, maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades. Understand application functionality, intended processes, uses, and features that business partners can leverage. Work with users and development staff on implementation of maintenance, purchasing, service management, and inventory management. Have experience with relational databases, reporting, and other technologies. Understand software development and application development life cycles, along with formal project management techniques. Interact with users to obtain and share information needed for system implementation, upgrades, and maintenance. Enhance our brand through strong external relationships across a network of existing and future clients. Provide strategic and relevant insight to anticipate client needs. Support opportunity pursuits and practice development initiatives. Promote an effective forum for sharing EAM expertise. Strengthen our collective EAM knowledge, helping resolve client challenges. Skills and Attributes for Success Strong written and verbal communication skills, breaking down complex structures for diverse audiences. Ability to challenge and inspire coworkers and clients to transform difficult situations. Provide innovative commercial insights, adapt methods to fit team and culture, and contribute to thought leadership. Actively contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives. Consistently drive projects to completion with high quality. Lead teams or parts of teams on engagements, anticipating and identifying risks and escalating issues as appropriate. Help create a positive learning culture; coach and counsel junior team members. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field. Minimum of two to three years of related work experience or a graduate degree and two years of related work experience. Prior experience delivering Maximo/MAS services to EAM clients. Business process design experience and ability to create functional requirements. Good communication skills and proficiency with applications or supporting applications. SQL experience; highly adaptable, self-directed. Minimum of one to two years of experience delivering advisory-type services to EAM clients. Experience participating in teams and supporting engagement economics and business development. Flexibility to work across advisory services if needed. Willingness to manage significant travel; must have valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications Utility experience. Experience with Schedule, Dispatch, and Mobile. Compatible Units experience. Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. EAM product experience; Maximo/MAS, Oracle, Hexagon. EAM configuration tools experience desired.
