Bulk Assembler

Responsibilities:Assemble bulk materials according to provided specifications and production schedules.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in the assembly process.Conduct regular inspections of assembled materials to ensure they meet quality standards.Identify and report any deviations from specifications or issues with the assembled products.Package assembled materials into designated containers, ensuring accurate measurement and proper sealing.Operate assembly and packaging machinery in a safe and efficient manner.Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.Organize and prepare raw materials, sub-assemblies, parts, tools, supplies, etc.Complete production reports and documentation as required.Work collaboratively with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targetsAssist with inventory controlAdapt to changes in production schedules and priorities as needed.Willingness to cross-train and perform other tasks within the production environment.Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work independently.Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with assembly equipment.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.Must have good time management skills and ability to meet schedule deadlinesGood verbal and written communication skills with ability to follow instructionsOrganizational skills with ability to balance multiple tasksWhile preforming duties of this job, employee is required to be able to lift at least 50 pounds and regularly required to stand, bend, lift, and carry.Physical ability to push and pull for 8 hours a day.High quality standards and accuracyDemonstrated good performance and attendanceWe recognize the importance of meaningful compensation and benefits in helping our employees care for themselves and their families.
