Position Summary
$7500 Sign-On Bonus
Assumes 24 hour accountability for assuring patient safety and quality of care.
Responsible for staff orientation and development plans to promote personal and professional development of staff.
Responsible for development of Quality Assurance Program which reflects department scope of service and implementation of strategies which will assure quality care delivery.
Analyzes monthly budget report and justifies any areas of discrepancy and effectively control costs through economical utilization of human and material resources.
Analyzes information and accurately forecasts future program needs.
Participates in the formulation, implementation, and enforcement of hospital, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards. Contributes to and develops divisional goals which complement institutional goals.
Supports clinical research activities and shares knowledge and expertise with peers and employees through formal and informal educational activities.
Identifies individual situations or patterns which relate to risk management or quality of care concerns and follows the proper chain of command to assure resolutions.
Minimum Requirements
Associate Degree or higher is required.
ARRT or ARDMS certification required
Five to seven years related experience is required.
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor degree preferred
