As a Product Designer at Kikoff, you will own critical design projects end-to-end. You will be involved at every step of product development, from brainstorming broad ideas and contributing to product strategy to designing end-to-end features and ensuring design quality through launch.What you’ll be doingCollaborate daily with Product, Engineering, Data and Marketing to define product strategyOwn new features from ideation, to wireframes, to high-fidelity visual designs, to prototyping, to user testing, to final productionDesign experiences across all our platforms: iOS, Android, WebContribute to our new design systemContribute to and participate in design critiquesWhat we look for in you:2-5+ years experience working in UX, UI, HCI related fieldExperience working in a collaborative environment with Product and Engineering partners to drive and influence product decisionsAbility to collaborate and partner strategically with Product and Engineering to influence and co-create product decisionsExperience designing consumer-facing products for iOS, Android and responsive webHighly motivated to master your craft in interaction design, visual design, and prototypingHighly proficient in Figma, Sketch, etc and prototyping toolsExcellent written and verbal communicationLow ego and a team player US salary range for this full-time position consists of 100-200k base depending on years of experience + equity + benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage - Kikoff covers the full cost of health insurance for the employee Stock options Access to 401k plan 10 annual company holidays️ Generous flexible vacation policy to help you rechargeKikoff: A FinTech Unicorn Powering Financial Progress with AIAt Kikoff, our mission is to provide radically affordable financial tools to help consumers achieve financial security.
