They can manage your inbox, follow up with leads, generate reports, file docs, and even work across apps like Slack, Gmail, and Hubspot.Our CultureLindy’s CultureJob DescriptionAs Head of Sales at Lindy, you will scale our sales organization while actively contributing to revenue growth through direct selling in the beginning of your tenure.You will build the systems and playbooks to capture the massive SMB opportunity in AI agents. You'll work closely with marketing to refine our go-to-market strategy and with product to ensure we're building what customers need.We are an in-office company, working from our San Francisco office 4 days a week. We do sponsor visas and cover relocation fees for up to $20,000.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth through direct selling while leading and coaching the sales teamBuild and scale the sales organization, including hiring, training, and developing AEsDevelop and refine sales systems and playbooksCollaborate with marketing on lead generation and qualification processesPartner with product and be the “voice of the customer” across the companyEstablish compensation plans and territory strategiesBuild relationships with key customers and partnersWho You Are5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent quota achievement2+ years of sales team leadership experienceProven track record selling to SMB customersStrong analytical skills and data-driven approach to sales managementExcellent sales forecasting and pipeline management skillsExceptional communication and presentation skillsAbility to work in person 4 days a week from a San Francisco officeBonus SkillsExperience selling no-code or workflow automation solutionsBackground in AI/ML productsExperience in high-growth startup environmentsTrack record of successful partnership with product and marketing teamsExperience with sales tools and automation platformsBenefitsCompetitive salary and generous equityHealth coverageA lot of autonomy within your area of responsibilityThe fun of working at a no-nonsense startup that just wants to build an amazing product and businessCompensationSalary Range 300K to 400K OTEIf interested, email jobs@lindy.ai with your resume or LinkedIn #J-18808-Ljbffr
