Location: Dallas, Texas (In-Office Position)


Reports to: Founder/CEO


Company Overview: Emagineer oversees multiple brands, including but not limited to WellBefore.com, a B2C medical supplies e-commerce company, and MySeema.com, a care navigation service for direct-to-consumer and Medicare clients. Each brand operates independently, but this role is crucial in unifying financial and operational strategies across all our companies. Job Summary: We are seeking a Vice President of Finance & Analytics to lead financial and operational analytics across Emagineer and its portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a creative, entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving. You will dive deep into financial data, analyze external factors to understand the macro and micro events influencing the businesses, and collaborate with the founder/CEO and other key executives to establish unified financial reporting and data standards. In addition to finance, this role will involve operational decision-making and management of HR functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial and Operational Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Standardization: Create and implement standardized financial reporting and operational data practices across all brands, ensuring leadership has consistent insights for decision-making.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Provide actionable insights based on data to support high-level business decisions related to budgeting, forecasting, and operational strategy.
  • Cross-Brand Collaboration: Partner with executives and operators across our brands to align financial strategies and ensure cohesive data-driven decisions.
  • Macro and Micro Analysis: Analyze broader economic and industry trends, presenting insights that affect both the current state and future growth of the company.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Approach challenges with innovation, flexibility, and a forward-thinking mentality that contributes to the company’s overall success.
  • Flexibility and Growth: Take on diverse tasks, including managing HR operations and other special projects, as the company continues to grow.
  • Leadership: Build and lead a finance and analytics team, as necessary, to support the company’s expanding operations.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a financial or analytics role.
  • Strong background in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with experience in financial and operational data interpretation.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Experience in healthcare or e-commerce industries is a plus.
  • Ability to identify key macroeconomic factors and connect them with business outcomes.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and work directly with the executive team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
